Overindulgence in NYC

This week I have been definitely enjoying food, booze and life. I have been winning and dining myself as follows:

Monday - Pizza and wine for dinner

Tuesday - Pizza for lunch - provided at work - which allowed me to spend mo' money on dinner... About $100 bucks for a nice salad, a pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes entree and a chocolate souffle for dessert. Of course, with the required wine to wash it down...

Wednesday - More pizza at work for lunch, and this time I had bbq chicken wings with blue cheese and two pints of beer for dinner...

Thursday - Poached salmon sandwich and carrot cake for lunch. For dinner this time I actually had company. A very good friend of mine (I call her my fairy god-mother) went out to a new bakery on the third floor of the Time Warner building. We had the most beautiful-looking, as well as tasty, cheese platter, and guess what: I actually didn't know you could accompany Brie cheese with honey! It is really yummy. Of course, we had the required carafe of beaujolais wine to go with it. NICE. Here's a picture of the view from the cafeteria:

Of course, now I barely fit into my "fat" pants... Oh, well.
